PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Alliances Services performs a number of key roles for its customers, including project owner, project management assistant and turnkey contractor. Through these different roles, it offers invaluable support and advice.

With the successful delivery of over 30 hotels for prestigious partners and the completion of more than 40 projects in the tourism, real estate and industrial sectors, Alliances Services has demonstrated its expertise. EQUIPMENTS

Alliances Services manages and coordinates equipment purchases, whether for the hotel sector (such as FF&E and OS&E) or for medical and paramedical establishments in Africa.

His responsibilities cover the entire process, from identifying requirements to on-site installation. With an extensive network of over 300 approved suppliers, Alliances Services provides advice and conducts negotiations on behalf of its clients, while respecting the guidelines of the operator and interior designer.
